Arvada Auto Escrow - My Delivery Delay Experience

hey guys, just wanted to post about my recent experience with Arvada Auto. the car was delayed by 4 days which had me sweating bullets lol. but they held onto the funds until i confirmed delivery. Is the tracking on arvadaauto.com always so basic? it barely updated.

That's standard for them. The tracking is weak but the escrow is iron clad. Used ArvadaAuto 3 times, had one delay, but always got the car as advertised. It's about security not speed.

4 days late is not good. Glad you got the car but that's poor service. Did you try their phone number? i heard it was undefined. wouldnt be surprised if it just rings out.

@CynicRider i didnt call, just sent an email to office@arvadaauto.com. they replied the next day with the new eta, so at least they responded. just wish it was on the website.

Can confirm the important part works. My neighbor bought a truck using arvadaauto and i checked it over for him. It was a clean vehicle, exactly what the listing said. No surprises. The delay is annoying but a hidden rust bucket is worse.

^^ This. So much this. I'll take a delay with an honest car over a fast delivery of junk from some of those other places. The escrow service from Arvada Auto is the main reason to use them.

how were the fees on top of the car price? looking at a porsche on a different site and the seller wants to use arvadaauto.

fees were transparent. all shown upfront before i paid. no hidden costs. teh delay was the only issue.

i had a similar thing my delivery was pushed back by a week. was pretty annoyed at the time but the staff was apologetic and the car ended up being perfect. would probably use them again but i'd be prepared for a flexible delivery window.

yeah the website tracking page is pretty much useless. the email notifications are where the real info is. their support email office@arvadaauto.com is surprisingly responsive.

reading this thread with interest. been hesitant to buy a car unseen. so basicallly arvadaauto is legit but their logistics partner could be better?

yeah that sums it up. final update: car arrived, took it to my mechanic, and it's all good. the delay was stressful but honestly the peace of mind knowing my money was safe was worth it. would recommend Arvada Auto.
